After transferring the Maintenance and Management of our complex of 12 apartments in Hisaronu, I couldn't be more pleased with the service we are receiving from Golden Properties. Their staff are always efficient, polite and eager to listen to any queries or suggestions that we have. The garden has come on in leaps and bounds and is receiving more attention now than it ever had with the previous Management Agents.

The pool is well attended and sparkling. I cannot speak highly enough of our gardener/pool man who is hard working, polite and helpful. The administration of accounts, transfers, cleaning etc is first class. Filiz, who heads the office at Golden Properties with complete professionalism, is always there to answer enquiries and requests. E-mails from U.K. are answered straight away, which is very reassuring. I have every confidence in Golden Properties and it has been a relief and pleasure to be dealing with staff who actually care about my property and my peace of mind.

I feel sure that our complex will continue to improve year on year with the help and care of our new managers and friends.

I have had to call for your technicians on two occasions and both times your engineer attended within 30minutes of the call, and rectified immediately one problem and the second was rectified with 24hours, fantastic service.

There was also a light broken around the pool which was reported to the gardener and this was also quickly repaired within a matter of days.

I have booked several transfers to / from Dalaman with your company and these have been an exceptional service.

The pool area is lovely and clean every morning.

Filiz and Osman decided to set up their own company and knowing the professionalism of Filiz for over 10 years, we felt that dealing with the owner of the company was far better.

Since changing, we have found the condition, cleanliness and painting around our complex / pool area to be of a higher standard.

The gardens have had additional plants and look very nice, and many trees have been planted all around the complex area.

The standard of cleanliness of our property is excellent and their rates are very competitive.

The grounds staffs are punctual, efficient and very friendly.

I have owned a villa in the Ovacik area since 2001.

In early 2011 I transferred the maintenance of my villa to Golden Property Services which is ran by Osman and Filiz.

Since then I have been very impressed in their management of the property. Early in the year I had the whole of the interior of the villa repainted and it looks wonderful.

The work was carried out without any problems and they kept to the budget and the deadline.

We have had guests in the villa since who have remarked on what an excellent job this was.

The day to day management, including the organising and preparing the villa for guests is also excellent and this last August was possibly the first time in ten years that I was able to relax on holiday in the knowledge that everything was being taken care of.

Because we had been dissatisfied with our Maintenance Company we opted to change to a newly founded company that of ‘Golden Property Services’.

The improvements on our complex have been immense.

The pool on any complex is a priority and ours is now crystal clear and the surrounding pool area is kept clean and tidy.

We have a far better selection of plants now and all garden areas are watered, weeded and generally taken care of to a very high standard.

The cleaning/laundering services provided are varied, comprehensive and competitive; all cleaning undertaken thus far has been excellent.

Car hire service – excellent. Golden Property Services always respond quickly to e mails and any queries/minor maintenance problems have been dealt with promptly and efficiently.

The Management and staff are helpful and very pleasant.

As property owners, we would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
